From Marcus: some condos come up only a few times a year
A lot of downsizers tell me they want a condo they can walk out of. Here's how it went for one client of mine: "She wanted to be in a walkable area with a grocery store right at the main floor of her condo ... there was no listings available ... in those two specific buildings."
That's the thing about the buildings everybody wants. In my words: "Some condos are always going to be available. Some are only going to be available a few times a year." And from what I'm seeing, "the condos that aren't close to anything walkable are the ones that are sitting more than anything else." So if your plan depends on one building or one street, we watch it for you and get your numbers ready, so you can move when it comes up.
